I'm writing this because I've no respect for liars and I would like to clear things out. A while ago, I submitted a song entitled Sound of My Dream while my partner was out of town that caused quite a stir here at the Newgrounds community. It was obvious that the score was unfairly raised, there were more votes than views on it and there was proof of this thanks to a Newgrounder who took a screenshot and made a thread about it in the BBS. The truth is, it was unfairly raised, but not on purpose. Here's what happened:

I was very nervous the day I submitted it for whatever reasons and put it under "Country" because I saw last time I submitted Sodomy under "Techno" it was hit with 0s almost instantly by unfair voters and wanted to avoid this as much as possible. I'm sorry I did that, but as I said before, I was just nervous is all. Once the score immediately dropped from a 4.8/5 to a 2 or 3 I was even more nervous, and decided to link the song to some friends of mine and ask them to vote on it for me. I happened to link it to a good friend of mine who is relatively handy with computers and told him to simply "help get the score up." I then left for an hour or two and came back to like a fucking score of 4.5/5 with 100 votes and 50 views and man I had no idea what the hell had happened so I messaged him and he told me he voted on it to hell using proxies. I didn't ask him to do this, and I didn't want him to either. My partner and I lied about this previously because we were in fear of account deletion. Anyway, to make a long story short, 12 AM came. I was still online at the time because I didn't have work the next morning and when awards were announced I was PMed a link to the thread about our song. I freaked out, and I deleted the song from Newgrounds myself before things got even worse. The end.

If you guys want to continue voting unfairly due to this incident, go right on ahead. We offer our humble apologies for any "harm" this may have caused you other audio producers. We submitted a song, it won when it shouldn't have which wasn't our fault, and we deleted it. In our opinion, you shouldn't be so upset over this that it causes you to downvote everything we release afterwards even if it's good, but do as you wish. We're sorry, Newgrounds, and we're very sorry for lying about this before. Hope that helped clear some things up.
